Start Up Phase

Each consulting Level kicks off with a special Start Up Phase.

The Start Up Phase is typically one month long and involves twice the number of our regular meetings.

The Key Activities include:

  • Initial Business Survey
  • Goals Worksheet
  • Profit Equation
  • Determine initial Rapid Impact Strategies (RIS)
  • 1 Page Strategic Plan (1PSP)

Platinum Level

The most advanced level of consulting which includes:

Meetings:

  • 4 phone sessions / month (2 hours / session)
  • 2 in-person session / quarter (2 hours / session) OR
  • 4 hour Team Workshop (1 every 3 months)

Leo’s Pre/Post Meeting Work: 2 hours / week

Your commitment (in addition to our meetings): 10 hour / week

Our Gold level of consulting includes:

  • 4 phone sessions / month (60 minutes / session)
  • 2 in-person session / quarter (2 hours / session) OR
  • 4 hour Team Workshop (1 every 6 months)

Your commitment (in addition to our meetings): 7 hour / week

Silver Level

Our most popular level - the Silver level of consulting includes:

Meetings:

  • 4 phone sessions / month (60 minutes / session)
  • 1 in-person session / quarter (2 hours / session)

Leo’s Pre/Post Meeting Work: 30 minutes / week

Your commitment (in addition to our meetings): 5 hour / week

Monthly Checkup

Our Monthly Checkup level of consulting includes:

Meetings:

  • 2 phone sessions / month (30 minutes / session)

Leo’s Pre/Post Meeting Work: 15 minutes / week

Your commitment (in addition to our meetings): 1 hour / week

You must have already the initial program at the Silver level or above to quality

Our Quarterly Checkup level of consulting includes:
