	Businesses can be victims of two kinds of fraud: Check and Electronic (ACH and Wire transfer).
	In a recent survey, 72% of businesses experienced actual or attempted fraud. 31% experienced fraud in excess of $25,000!
	Check Fraud may be the result of a changed payee on the check, counterfeit checks, or use of a lost/stolen check. AMCORE offers the Positive Pay Service, at $35 per month to protect against this. If the bank sees a suspicious check coming through, they’ll call the business to verify the check.
	Another service AMCORE offers is called ACH Debit Filters and Blocks. It costs $10 to set up, with a monthly fee of $15. AMCORE similarly monitors your ACH transactions and will call for suspicious activity.
