Overview
 |
Michael Anderson is a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Professional Behavioral
Analyst, and an ADD Coach.
|
 |
He has over fifteen
years experience in staff recruitment, hiring, organizational and
personnel development, training, career counseling, and leadership
training and development - in business, the military, and social
services. |
 |
He was diagnosed with
AD/HD in 1993. Wanting to do something positive for people who share
this diagnosis, Mike decided to focus on coaching others with AD/HD,
and in 2001 got the necessary training to do so.
|
 |
And, he has enhanced
his practice by becoming expert in analyzing the assessments he has
his clients complete, thereby increasing the value of the
information in these assessments, and allowing him to better develop
realistic and practical action plans with them.

Overview
 |
Franchising continues
to gain popularity. States are pushing franchising, as opposed to
other business offerings like licensing, multi-level marketing, etc.
because there is more honesty in the transaction. |
 |
Franchising is
regulated at the federal level by the Federal Trade Commission and
sometimes locally at the state level. Illinois, for example, has an
additional set of regulations. Any franchise approved for business
by the State of Illinois has been rigorously scrutinized. |
 |
Through these
regulations, a franchisor must disclose information about the
business in a Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC). No other
form of business offers such rigorous disclosure. |
