	Franchisees that are part of this concept work closely with those involved in the real estate community – insurance companies, home builders, fire and water damage restoration, etc. - as opposed to working directly with the consumer.
	They have developed some great technology that makes an expert out of anyone going through their proprietary program. Measurements are taken precisely with laser equipment and then easily transferred to computer for ordering of materials.
	Franchisee candidates need to be willing to develop strong relationships within their community. Another 10 units are available in the Chicago area, and multiple unit franchisees are possible.
