today to answer some questions initiated by callers. Do any of these
sound like familiar problem?
1. I will be
expanding my business from one location to two. I need to be able to
run mission critical application that service both locations, the
data must be in a consolidated location. What can I do? Don talks
about VPN (Virtual Private Network) as a possible solution.
2. My computer is 6 months old, and it is
gradually slowing down. It’s taking longer and longer for various
applications to open. Don responded that it could be various things,
but it’s likely that a regular maintenance program (defrag, backup,
scanning for spyware and virus threats, etc.) would alleviate this.

3. I have a new computer, and it keeps shutting
down unexpectedly. Rebooting doesn’t help. What’s the problem? Dan
said that this is a common problem. It may be that user is not
applying the latest Windows updates. |
