Carl has over 10 years in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Banking, Mortgage Brokerage, Brokerage, Property Management, and Land Development. He currently has over 100 properties under direct control, and nearly 500,000 square feet of commercial space under management. Carl also has a formal CRE training programs for those who want expert advice, want to be involved in a community of like-minded investors, and who want to get hands on experience doing deals with Carl’s mentorship and assistance.
